RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Danielle Emon pieces as much as we loved curating them for you.

For online orders, we gladly accept returns of new, unworn, and unused merchandise with all original tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email info@danielleemon.com to request a return authorization and shipping label.

Please note that returned items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your return has been processed.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original method of payment or, if preferred, in the form of a Danielle Emon Gift Card.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment.

All orders are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment with the utmost care.

All items are shipped from the United States and Latin America.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Danielle Emon is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.

Not all orders will include USPS tracking. If you would like tracking information for your shipment, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

If you would like insurance coverage for your package, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for lost, damaged, or missing packages. Please note that insurance does not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For additional information, please visit the USPS website.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1 (800) 275-8777.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery times may vary between 2–12 weeks depending on your country's customs process and local postal service.

Shipments to Canada typically arrive within 1–2 weeks.

All international orders include USPS tracking; however, it is common for tracking updates to stop once a package leaves the United States until it reaches your local postal service.

Please contact your local customs office or postal authority regarding any import duties, taxes, VAT, or handling fees that may apply to your order.

Danielle Emon does not determine or collect foreign duties, taxes, or customs fees and cannot be held responsible for these charges.
