For online orders, we gladly accept returns of new, unworn, and unused merchandise with all original tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email info@danielleemon.com to request a return authorization and shipping label.
Please note that returned items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your return has been processed.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original method of payment or, if preferred, in the form of a Danielle Emon Gift Card.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
Not all orders will include USPS tracking. If you would like tracking information for your shipment, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
If you would like insurance coverage for your package, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for lost, damaged, or missing packages. Please note that insurance does not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For additional information, please visit the USPS website.
